The classifieds thread has a whole lot of commishes looking for fresh meat, plus 38 current openings in public worlds.  Time for my usual "STOP CREATING NEW WORLDS!!" rant.

That's pretty weak for a rant.   But the idea is good.

1.  The summer "drifters" have gone back to school.  They had 2-4 teams.  They cut back to 0-1.
2.  Baseball season is wrapping up.  Interest in baseball themed games is down.
3.  Football season is cranking up.  Fantasy football requires time.

That's three reasons why WifS shouldn't even consider creating new worlds until spring.

... and why the shouldn't have been creating new worlds in August.

I guess they just like making a quick buck.  I think for veteran HBDers, it should be made so that you have to pay for 4-5 seasons that can only be used in the new world in order to get into one.  New users could get in purchasing the usual one season.  I'm gonna make this a suggestion.

There are plenty of "vets" who would ditch an existing world because they think a new world is an amazing new playground. I dont think it will do anything to save existing worlds.     

A lot of worlds that get "ditched" deserve it.  Nonetheless, we're not talking about world quality, we're talking about the fact that there are a lot of worlds looking for owners.
