Equal Opportunity League II

Once 24 owners have decided to join we will have a draft to decide teams. We will use this to decide draft order.

Rules

1.) DRAFT a franchise. You get any player who appeared in at least one game on that team in the history of the team. But you can use any season for that player, regardless of whether they played for your team or not (//www.basketball-reference.com/teams/), any year of that player that you like. No clones.
2.) You must use a arena from your franchise.
3.) You get $47 Mil to make your team, not the standard $42 mil.
4.) Must use a team name in franchise history. Keep it simple, EX: Oklahoma City Thunder, New Orleans Hornets, New York Nets.

This is the 2nd season of the EOL Restart - a league that ran successfully for many, many seasons.  Draft order for teams is based on previous year's finish - the champ picks first (but can't draft the same team he won with the previous year), then it goes from worst record on up.  New owners come in at the back of the pack - but don't worry, almost every single franchise has a legitimate shot at winning in this format.

***Note:  each of the combined franchises can be drafted twice (one in each conference).  This rule may change in future seasons, but at this time, I think every franchise is viable except for the two combined franchises... and a couple of those are very, very close.
