I dont think the engine is processing injuries.  In Naismith a couple of weeks ago I had a player get hurt and noticed I never received an email about his health and he remained 100%.  This however, coincided with the engine not simulating player improvements etc. that day so I figured when they corrected the issue the players injury vanished or something.  Howeverm today in Knight my second best player sustained what appeared to be a serious injury.  He hurt his knee 7 minutes into the game and didnt return.  I have not received the health status email and he currently sits at 100% health despite the player improvements taking place.

And it begins (same thing happened to me, the guy was hurt for the whole game and it said he had a serious injury but he was at 100 percent)

Iba, I got an email and guy is showing 89%.

you don't get an email for single game injuries, this has been answered a lot

i sent a ticket for this last season, CS said it was such a minor injury he was at 100%-- but it was bad enough that he left the game in the first half, never came back, and had DU or 20-something... there's an issue, just not sure what it is.

I don't see where that's an issue. Its not unheard of for players to get injured, be withheld from the remainder of a game and then get re-evaluated back home and found to be fine and play the next contest like nothing happened.

I had a similar instance this season in Rupp, about 10 days ago actually.  I, too, think there is something screwy going on here with injuries.  In a previous injury case, I'm pretty sure I got a note from my trainer on an injured player and he said the kid is about 100%.  But the recent Rupp case, he didn't return in the game he got injured but I didn't get a trainer's note, and he was at 100% for the very  next game.  So something seems to have changed in the way trainer notes are sent for 100% kids or maybe there's a flaw with some injuries getting processed.

I had a player recently get whacked down to 53% health ...so trust me .....its working

I had a similar experience.  My Fr starting PG got hurt 2 minutes into the game with what was described as a bad ankle sprain, never returned, but continued at 100% with no medical notice and was available to play, and played his regular amount of  time, in the next game.

I've had the impression for awhile now that the frequency of injuries has been near non-existant (both for my own teams and my opponents). I can't remember the last time I even saw a player under 100%. Not sure if there's been some change or glitch, or if it's just one of those weird streaks, but it does seem unusual.

I had a player at 40 this past season.

Yeah I think something is weird.  I have had injuries since the update, but it seems like half of them or more are current game only injuries.  Something is for sure wacky here.

I don't think there's anything really wacky going on. There were plenty of in-game only injuries in the old engine as well. And I've seen plenty of significant injuries in the new engine.

But while we're pushing the need for more injuries, perhaps we can come up with some other suggestions that would suck. Maybe we could bring back dilemmas? Have lots of players start flunking out? I'm open to suggestions here.

Yes, clearly it would suck for the durability rating to be meaningful...
