When do first coaches hire? Topic

Guys, I am at work so I don't have time to look this up. When do the first batch of coaches sign? In other words if we started bidding yesterday in the PM1 cycle, should I expect the first signings in the PM2 cycle today? I think it's 24 hours but I'm not sure.

Coaches start signing 36 hours after coach hiring starts.  So it's at the 11pm cycle the next day.
