Defense in RF or LF? Topic

WIS has the LF averages way lower for everything but I felt/thought that LF usually gets more chances. I know that arm is more important @ RF but not range. I have two CFs I'm going to play and I was wondering if the 2nd CF should go in RF or LF. Thanks

Depends on what other options you have.  If you post their defensive ratings, along with the ratings of some options to fill the third spot, we can be more specific with responses.  But an above average 1B can play LF.  I would want better range and arm in RF.

LF makes about half a play more per game.

The 2nd CF probably doesn't have the arm for RF.  So I think the answer is obvious.

The thing is I think you want a much better bat in LF than a typical CFs.  Why waste a CFs def at such an unimportant position?

No better option?

If I had two CF-caliber players...I might look to 2B first, but definitely LF over RF.  LF should have more range as their are more Right handed hitters out there.

Unless the CF-type player threw LH.  Then he becomes a COF.
