I know this gets asked a lot but I've never paid attention before as this is the first time I've tried to apply for a new job...

When do you find out?  Could it be any of the 3 hour cycles, or is it once a day at the 2am cycle, only on the last day before the jobs period closes, or how does that all work?

There is a 24 hour wait period once jobs are initially posted. Then the first list of approvals is released shortly after the completion of the 2AM EST game cycle. After that, it runs just like recruiting cycles at 2, 5, 8, and 11. Sometimes it may take several cycles for you to hear a response depending on your qualifications, how many other applicants there are, and whether the school waits to see who else may apply. If you are not qualified, you will find out via email the immediate cycle after you apply.
