My North Central team has a CT game tonight against a SIM Wheaton team in IBA. This Wheaton team is very tough, their starters are very good, and they all shoot and make a high percentage of 3's. they have the advantage at guard but I believe I have the advantage inside.
So I guess My main question is should I go Big against them and try to force my offensive strength or should I go smaller and hope to try and slow down their guards?
Also any advice on tempo and +/- setting would be helpful. I was thinking of going Normal +2 but would slowdown be a better option, or could uptempo work to my advantage and try and get their starters out of the game being as I am deeper (don't think that will work in this case their stamina is so much better they will kill my backups before they leave the floor.)
I can't find any real weakness to exploite, this is a tough matchup.

Any help would be greatful.
Here is my team BTW

At this stage of the season, I find it best not to change things around too much. I would stick close to what got you here. If it were me, I would go with a 3-2 balanced normal defense. I would be a little concerned going to a + because they have some pretty good rebounders and I wouldn't want to give up control of the boards. The 3-2 should be enough to counter their 3s. I would use the Motion offense to it's full advantage. Keep the distro balanced and let the system find the best shots.
