We need one more replacement owner for this single season progressive that started in 1969 and is entering season 21, the 1989 season.

In this league, everyone is forced to win all season long because the 1st round of the draft only is based basicly on wins per $.

In a nutshell, teams try to get the most wins out of the team payroll. So for example, you might not want to carry extra big bats, DH or extra expensive pitchers to keep payroll down and get those extra wins other ways to get a higher 1st round pick.

All other rounds are lowest wins to highest wins. I'll send the private forum link over to the new owners.
