anyone have a sense as to whether a nonqualifier's decision whether to come back for his SR5 season is similar to any other player's early entry decision?

have this really talented SF who was a nonqualfier, getting worried that he wont stay for SR5, even though I was there when he promised his mom that he would stay....

at D1 I'd guess you're about right with the comparison to early entries. 
I've had players heading into their 5th year surprise me by leaving, and I've had very good players, which I expected to leave, return for their 5th season.
