Can anyone tell me why i have, lets say 6,000,000, prospect payroll available yet when I attempted to sign a prospect for, lets say 3,000,000, i am told i dont have enough money available.

You may have enough for the bonus but maybe have no money left in your budget for the regular salary.

ok, I have 69 million budgeted for player payroll with 61 used.  Prospect, I have 2o budgeted with 13 used.  I cant seem to find where it shows I don't have the funds....lol...kinda sounds like what I tell my creditors....this game is like real life!!!!

Before your mid-season draft, you must keep 6 million in your budget to sign drafted players (I think).

This isn't true, but he may have other offers out that would put him over his remaining prospect budget.
Or it could be one of the system bugs, in which case I would withdraw and resubmit all prospect offers you have out.
