too high to use at $80M, about right for higher caps. You're paying extra because he only made 3 errors all year at 2B. perhaps all 2B are a tad overpiced but Cano is in line with the others at his position.

Yeah, you're definitely paying a premium for his fielding.

fielding and batting average are both expensive. probably too expensive. i'm going to use him in a 2010 league just to see how he does. but really you'd only care about that fielding if he's playing behind a bunch of 1800s pitchers.

I'd rather have the 2006 Castillo and $4,000,000 available to use elsewhere.

I recently dropped 2010 Cano in a $160Mil theme league for 06 Castillo.   These are the numbers for both players after 48 AB's.

Cano    209 BA     0 SB's     0 HR's     2 RBI     292 OBP     547 OPS

Castillo 333 BA     5 SB's     0 HR's     3 RBI     407 OBP     803 OPS
