I was just looking through my messages and it looks as though Smith went through an extra recruiting cycle at 3:25am. So far I'm pretty sure each cycle has been right on schedule, at 1 minute past the hour, every 3 hours; until this extra cycle this morning.

I know many worlds suffer from delayed/skipped recruiting cycles, but I've never heard of an extra one?
