Better player or IQ? Topic

My team is young this year and we are a little thin at SF.  I am starting a red shirt freshman but cant decide who to put for third string and second string.  Do I go with a newly recruited freshman who is more skillful?

or do I go with the senior who isnt talented but knows the defense and offense?

NOTE: Neither of these players will be seeing much offensive distro.

I would go with the one with more potential;  either way, you aren't going to be winning much this coming year, so you might as well go for the option that will net you the most ratings improvement. . .

i didn't even look at the players in question, but i'd usually go with the SR at the beginning of the season, and probably switch it up around the start of conference play or whenever the IQs were looking decent.

I would go with the freshman, esp if he has mid-to-high potential in ATH. That's his biggest current weakness (he already has the ratings to score and handle the ball). So if you can get his ATH (and SPD) higher, with his strong WE, he has a chance to be a very good rotation player the next 3 years.
