I've never recruited two ineligibles, but it might be a small possibility this year. Anyone ever done it? Does it limit the chance that both of them show up on campus?

I have recruited alot of ineligibles over the years. And most of the time...(probably 75-80%) they showed up and seldom did I regret recruiting them. Only once did I recruit 2 in the same season.... that time both were very good, and I spent extra trying to insure that at least one if not both showed up. Both told me to kiss off and went juco, after I spent 3 days holding their hands and kissing their ugly mothers. Not sure it had anything at all to do with recruiting 2 at once... probably just bad luck and I was due.

* side bar to above story..... I did have one considering me when recruiting started the next season, though he was 1500 miles away now. So I tossed a couple HV's, several calls, and a scholly offer his way (didn't have to kiss his mom since he was away at Jr college). and he signed for cheap.

Not as good as having 4 seasons from the kid... but he still was a good player.

PS. I just noticed I posted this from my Zags account... which I coach Memphis with... I like to stay very realistic with my teams sooos with Memphis I only recruit kids from Half-way houses and Ineligibles anyway.

Anyone else have experience with this situation as I am in a similar predicament?

Well two ineligibles signed last night so I will find out first hand in a couple of days.

One of the two enrolled and the other went JUCO.

I have never seen 2 ineligibles show up.

I've recruited two in the same year once - only one showed up.

Ditto, for human coached teams. I did recently see a sim team have two ineligibles show up in the same class.

I'm a big fan of recruiting ineligibles and have never had two show up at the same time.  I can't remember exactly when, but I seem to recall one coach, one time, saying that he actually had two show up in the same class, but I've never heard anyone else have it happen.

By the way, in the developer chat yesterday, Seble stated that the more effort that is put into recruiting an ineligible, the more it increases the chances that he signs.  I'm not so sure that I totally agree with this, simply because in the last three seasons, I've done the $130 special (call, start, minutes, schollie) with three foreign kids and got all three of them to show up.  Not much effort involved there......I don't know maybe I just got lucky.  But three times in a row?
