Are these the same, or two separate scales?

e.g. does this system work like this (with considering (CO) points and choosing (CH) points:
  • Player X requires 20 CO pts to be considered by a school (or 40% of the CO pts of the school that is winning) and will only accept 50% of home visits when a school is in the 10-20 CO pt range
  • Player X will choose school based on most CH points, minimum 10
  • ST at school prestige Y is worth 2 CO pts and 1 CH pt
  • HV at school prestige Y is worth 3 CO pts and 5 CH pts
  • Scholarship offer at school prestige Y is worth 3 CO pts and 0.5 CH pts

OR does it work off on one scale (just CH pts)?

I think there is only one scale.

Considering credit generally refers to the forum fact that recruit effort on day 1 is more valuable than a comparable effort on day 3.

(i.e., given 2 equal teams in terms of everything, the one the recruit is considering first will win the battle)

ok makes sense. actually i used the wrong term here when i said considering credit, i meant something more like i described.
