I just signed with Navy, who had a C- prestige.  Now they have a D+, but I thought that prestige had already switched over for the new season.  Is the prestige on the jobs board not the current data, or does a new coach get the prestige knocked down a peg?

depends on the coach I believe.

New coach can improve or hurt the prestige of a school by 1/3 of a grade.  I have seen it go both ways.
