I have 2 juniors on my Iba team complaining about playing time.  One is averaging 6.6 minutes, the other 5.8.  That's more that i actually thought they'd get for end of the bench guys.   They are both SIM recruits, so no promises were made.  As much as I don't really need them, I graduate 5 seniors so I would rather not have any more open schollys to recruit this year.  Is there any chance they transfer out or am I safe leaving them with the PT they get now and then I can replace them next year when they graduate?

There is a chance they will transfer.

milk, they may transfer, but the risk is slight. I have personally never had such a transfer. Many have threatened, and their respective WEs declined, sometimes significantly, but none of them ever actually left. My suggestion is to not make ANY changes (to get them more PT). Coach the team the way you think best, and accept the very small chance of departure. Good luck.

I think JR need at least 10min/game or they will complain. Soph is around 8. I don't think they will transfer but their WE will keep dropping if they don't see more PT.
