Which season day is it when demands from remaining FAs drops?  Is it when FA starts, or ends, or when the season starts, or some other magic day?  I can't recall.

If they have no offers during the FA period, then their demands (years and salary) start to drop after signings start (24 hours into the FA period).

Thx.  I thought I recalled a specific cycle when offers change in particular.
