I promised a recruit he would start.  Does he need to start every game to keep him happy or is there some percentage?

Some coaches have gotten away with 80%, if you space them out. If he sits too often, he'll complain

In ancient days, you could get away with 80% pretty reliably.  Was tightened.  I'm sure on can get a way skipping a few, but dont count on 80% working
