If you are so "lucky" that your type-a free agent is signed by a team that picks up multiple type-As, how is the order determined who gets the lower round picks?  Is it in the order that the type-A is signed?

which is arguably the single stupidest thing about the game.  teams with worse records get better amateur and rule V draft position, as well as better waiver wire position.  there's no need to have compensation picks be determined the same way.
