Going for the largest audience here and I really enjoy the banter of the HD brethren, thus I pose this question to you that I've pondered for the last couple of years or so.
For those of us that play fantasy football, we know how frustrating it is having a fantasy stud on your bench for X week, so I was thinking in my league about implemening a "replay" factor in my league, where every team owner could insert one of their bench guys into the starting lineup AFTER the week has been played, ONCE throughout the entire season in effort to beat their opponent for that given week. The deadline to do so would be Tuesday or Wednesday and the "selection" would be confidential until after the deadline, thus if you think you're going to rally a 20 pointer off the bench to win, and your opponent uses his 1 "replay" for that week as well, you'll still lose...it adds drama, etc.
I kind of feel like I just made it sound more complex than it really seems, but I'm just curious as to what some/all of your think about this 1-time "replay"/"bailout" rule. The one guy I've really talked with in depth about this is staunchly against it, but again I'm curious to gather other opinions. Thank you and take care.
