The davkar progressive league needs 1 owner for 1987.  The team is the Minnesota Twins.

League started in the 1969 season is a single-season progressive.

1st round draft order is determined by a formula that compares your expected wins (based on your salary) to actual wins.  Playoff teams are adjusted to picks 17-24.  Therefore, there is zero motive to tank.

2nd round and beyond order is straight worst to first.

DH in the AL only.

AAA is random and below average.

Draft picks may be traded up to 1 year in advance.

The Minnesota Twins are currently 82-78 and have clinched their division title.  The season is set to end on 12/15/10.
