I think Jones is the worst player you have, plus he is already a junior. I'd cut him for sure. Your other big men are not very good either, but I guess you can't cut all of your bigs and start over - plus at least the other two are only sophomores and so should still improve some. I'd probably keep both Thomas and Quesada.
I'd rate the guards as follows in each category:
Offensively: Hollingsworth, Rutledge/Funk/Ervin/Edwards, Crowe
Defensively: Crowe, Hollingsworth, Rutledge/Edwards/Ervin/Funk
I think Rutledge could be a useful player, but given that he is a junior and you have a number of younger players who are on a similar level, I can see where you might cut him.
My third cut would probably be Daniels. You have a ton of guards and no other SF, but he can't rebound and is already a junior as well. When in doubt, cut the older player. So if I was determined to cut three guys, it'd be Jones, Rutledge, and Daniels. Then you'll have a ton of sophs and frosh and may be decent in another season or two.
(I've never cut a bunch of guys I recruited myself, so I'm curious what kind of reputation hit you'll take for this!)
