Supplemental Amateur Pick--Vulnerable? Topic

A question for the enlightened ones of HBD:

I have the number 19 pick in the upcoming draft as a supplement because my #19 didn't sign the previous season. Is that pick vulnerable to loss if I sign a Type A FA or does the nature of a supplemental pick exempt it as if it were in the top 16?

I believe only natural first round picks beyond #16 can be lost.  Not supplemental.
