He lost 3 power in the off-season and you're basing his Seattle production on 350 AB. 

He's definitely playing below his ability but, at best, he's probably a .700-.750 OPS guy in Seattle.

I have a team playing in Seattle and it defentily seems to be more of a pitchers park.  I've tried to get hitters with high contact and speed to help the home game production, with a few guys with power for going on the road, at more HR friendly parks.
