There's a guy I'm looking at from Hawaii who is undecided. I like him, but I don't really feel like spending the thousands to get him when there's a small downgrade guy much closer who's substantially cheaper. My question is, if he's still undecided on the last cycle, what's the likelihood i get him with a scholly, some promised minutes, and some letters on the last cycle?

you need to at least scout him once to sign him - must have a face to face meeting.

i just read in another thread that some guy said he did it for scholly, minutes, 3 calls. does anybody have experience with this?

GD requires face to face , HD does not - can sign a guy for a schollie and a promise of mins with perhaps a phone call - if no promise, it all depends on where he ranks compared to your school prestige
