er, forgot to mention that your guy played only 11 minutes because of foul trouble? looks like whatever caused that might matter more - who knows what happened, could have been the game plan glitch or the foul trouble hex or the plus one press dilemma

He only played for 11 minutes, you honestly don't think it's possible for a guy to have a 0-rebound game when he basically plays as much as a 10th man? At Wooster he played for 20 minutes and only got 2 rebounds, and home against Wabash he played for 19 minutes and only got 3. So is it really such an unbeleviable stretch to assume that in a game where he only played 11 minutes, he might get none?

stamina about the least likely hypothesis

lol...

The other team's center had him crushed in durability (73-27). I think that explains the rebounding difference in this game.

He played 11 minutes total, but he had 2 fouls almost the entire 1st half (so he played limited minutes and also played tentatively after 2 fouls).
He got his 3rd foul less than a minute in to the 2nd half ... again, limited playing time and very tentative play results.

This is the reason (IMHO) ... he must play very timidly when he has 2 fouls so early in the 1st half and 3 fouls so early in the 2nd half.

Timidity?

Does a fake player really become more tentative with 2 fouls?  How would the engine even address that?

. . . i don't want to speak for them, but I am pretty sure they are pulling the OP's leg. . .

First of all if your in foul trouble you dont play tentatively in real life or in HD that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard, and many people say that stamina effect rebounding so your telling me its completly fine for a player w his stats to have zero rebounds..... when players on my bench played similar minutes and had one rebound at least? you guys may be laughing at me but you dont seem to see the problem here. FYI i play college basketball so dont try and tell me you know more than me or what its like to play with fouls or any of this crap, k? thanks, Side note, i dont care about my grammar obv

Jayhawks, something I'm not sure you are aware of is the intentional randomness built into this game. For any single game, a player or a team may be well over or significantly under the 'norm' for a given catgegory. For example, say a player has the skills and is given the distribution and playing time to average 15 ppg. On any given night he may score 1 point or he may score 30 points, Over the course of a season he will get his 15 ppg but it will not be 15 every single night. Now if a player or team is way under what they should be for several games, then there may be a problem that should be reported. The results for any given game however do not indicate a problem.

BTW, there are many users here who either play or have played college ball and there are also several college level coaches on here as well. Be careful accusing someone of not knowing what they are talking about because they just may know more than you think.
