Wondering about pitcher's ability to call pitches Topic

Hey guys,
Noticed many pitchers have pitch calling ability and, as in all stats, some are higher then others. Do you guys think pitch calling ability adds value to his performance? Happy, healthy, and prosperous new year to all.

No.  The PC rating is for catchers only.

All high PC means for a pitcher is that if you were to put that pitcher in as a catcher during a game, he would call a good game but do little else.
