I am recruiting 3 ineligible recruits (not intentionally - just happened).

I have 5 open schollies NEXT season.

The 3 ineligibles that i am recruiting will count as Sophmores next season....correct?  Allowing me to recruit 5 Freshmen next season.

In my experience, no more than 1 ineligible will actually report.  You may sign all 3 but no more than 1 will post.  I don't know the answer to your question re: what class your ineligible will be included in.

I've never had more than 1 ineligible show up even though signing multiple in a year.

The inelegible will be considered a freshman this year who can't practice or play. Next year he will be a sophmore. The guy will wind up having 2 senior years.

short answer: Yes.

They will count as sophomores next season of they qualify and take a senior 5 then they are a class by themselves and would not count towards your true senior class

But as everyone has said never seen more then one sign with the same school in the same year.

one year before i left some school, i spend about 30-40k each on two ineligibles who were well below the range of the school, and only 1 showed up. so i figured if 2 wouldn't show in that case, they never will.

I wonder if it's different with Sims and ineligibles though.  Reason I ask is, I took over a team many, many seasons ago that had been Sim-coached for a long while and they had two SR/5's on the roster the season I started with them.  Don't think I've ever seen two show up to a human-coached team in the same season though.

When we were working on a low/mid super conference in Rupp, cbriese was at UNCW and he used to sign a lot of ineligibles. I'm almost positive he had more than one report in a season.
