i've scouted a player a couple times now - i've gotten the usual high potential and low potential ones... if a category is never mentioned, does that mean average potential?

no, it just means that you "lucked out" on the random categories in evals game...either keep sending them if its important, or use FSS if you have it and forget about whether its high-high or low-high, or just wait til you sign him and get the player thoughts email. In my experience, I usually get all the info from 5 evals, occasionally more are needed. I sometimes get the important stuff from just 4, and depending on distance I might start with 4 just to see...
