Inning Scored Analysis Topic

I'd be interested in seeing how MLB scoring (by inning) compares to HBD scoring.  It sometimes seems like an inordinate amount of HBD scoring is late in games, but I have no data to back that up.

You're probably right.    The reason is because we leave pitchers in until they give up "too many" runs.   If everyone had their pull ratings at 4-5, scoring would be more balanced.    Our pitchers seem to fall apart pretty quickly.  Which is probably due to in-game fatigue.    We look at a 24/72 DUR/STM and say "He can throw 85-90 pitches every fifth day."   And he can.   But his effectiveness doesn't carry through those 85 pitches.
