I'm trying to recruit a Canadian, and I'm not able to call or invite for a campus visit? Never came across this before? Anybody have this happen?

That is the case with al international recruits. I have no idea why. You can still send them materials which is just as good as a phone call, and you can do HVs.

I guess the WCAA doesn't have international calling, or foreign kids don't have phones? Maybe the kids don't have passports yet and can't do CVs...
