What's the lowest DUR SP you'd keep full-time on your BL roster?

I just traded for a guy that has 4dur/80stam. I'm hoping to get at least eight 7inning games out of him. Not sure if I'll get that many or maybe more. The previous owner didn't use him that way. Anyway, 56 above average innings is worth a roster spot to me. Less than that, probably not.

I had this guy Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Emmanuel Castro in season 11. He appeared in 8 games for me, 4 in relief. I think I may have been able to get 7 starts if I had done it right. 6 for sure.

I kept this in the minors for what seems like forever as injury insurance.  Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Scott Hairston   Never made it to the bigs with his 7 DUR.

Ummm..... He hopes to get eight 7-inning games out of him. 

8 times 7 equals 56.

Career ERA is 4.83. Even accounting for just over half his career being played in Durham, that's not "awesome," it's "average." Furthermore, his ratings appear to me to predict better (about mid 3s in a neutral park), which suggests to me that the low DUR is causing him to pitch fatigued to get in his whopping 30 IP a season.

Vega is an excellent case for why 0 DUR pitchers have to be insanely good to be worth it.
