You can used him in long relief, but once he gets fatigued he's going to take a little while to recover back to 100% (say, 10-12% per day).
I'd be more tempted to use him as Setup B with a pitch count of 25/30. You'll be able to get more appearances out of him (of shorter duration), so it will take a while for him to drop below 100%.
You could also use him as Setup A (for the same reasons), but his pitches are a bit weaker than I normally would like to see for a front-line setup reliever. He'd also get more usage and thus would run into fatigue issues more often.
