The weirdest thing (to me, anyway) about annakourn's other league is that a few legitimate owners joined it. That really baffled me, because a) the rules were borderline gibberish and b) the multiple aliases were really obvious.
Anyway "Mateys", I've been working on my own annakourn/deadwood tribute theme. And if there's enough interest in this league, I'll delete this post accidentally at a future date.

INITIATE PROCEEDINGS by selecting your Alliance Partner at random via random.org however if you do not like him then form a secret alliance ["SHHH!"] with another owner this secret alliance must be revealed publicly after Season 5.

HOW IT WORKS! This will be a 10 season league you will donate a $10 GC to me upon signing up and at the end of the 10th season the $$$ will be divided up according to reverse order of win formula expectancy rate minus owners' playoff % and year of birth per the Pythagorean model. This is fairly straightforward I would think but if there are questions myself or those I have deputized as my lawyers will be happy to respond.

DRAFTING done using the Live Draft Feature for the first 15 rounds after that we will use the Live Draft Feature some more for the next 3 rounds after that I will randomize orders for rounds 19-21 and after that via sitemail we will do round 22 [CATCHERS ONLY THIS ROUND!] and for rounds 23-25 the draft will be conducted by registered email THIS WILL BE A REAL TEST OF AN OWNER'S DRAFTING SKILL!

BASIC SIMPLIFIED RULES: Rosters will carry over from season to season so let's say you draft Wilbur Wood 1st overall why would you draft Wilbur Wood 1st overall LOL that is your own darn business maybe Wilbur Wood is your father or maybe you yourself are Wilbur Wood [IS HE STILL ALIVE?] anyhow we don't pry into personal affairs around here so go ahead and draft Wilbur Wood 1st overall now what happens is you make him a keeper for 10 seasons UNLESS your Alliance Partner decides to stab you in the back and disqualify Wilbur Wood after Season 1 at this point you draft a replacement player who played with Wilbur Wood at some point in his career such as Blue Moon Odom. Or Bart Johnson.

ALIGNMENT IN THE LEAGUE is determined by where you live geographically so I will need your longitude and latitude statistics, tie-breaker will be elevation [sea level].

RANDOM CAP will be in effect for Seasons 1 thru 12 WHAT THIS MEANS sometimes your salary cap will be 20M sometimes 255M more than likely a number in between but no worries this can be obfuscated at any time via petitions and vetoes or in any event I may reserve the right to reconsider this aspect of the rules at a later date
