If you promise a guy minutes and he accepts them, can you go back the next cycle and promise him more? i.e. if he accepts 10 min, can you go back and promise him 15?

Do you think that each time you do this it is like a whole new recruiting advantage. By that I mean is it the same effect to promise someone 10 minutes then 15 as it is to promise them 15 minutes from the beginning?

I don't think it is an extra advantage to do 10 then do 15 as opposed to just 15, I think it is really just for if you are in a battle and you promised 10 but that didn't do enough then you go back and promise more.

+1 it's more for recruiting battles than anything else.

Just be sure you can keep your promise if he actually signs.
