So, which world is the best, toughest, most competitive, most sophisticated? 

What would happen - aside from a rift in the space-time continuum - if there were a special tournament that matched teams from different worlds - I'm thinking 5 or 6 teams from each world in a 64 team bracket type event....a special periodic event....

Not sure, but I think if you did this, the least competitve worlds would fair the best.  Since they would be able to have their top teams get more talent than the most competitive leagues.
