Interesting Article RE: Real Life Slow Down Tempo Topic

I came across a rather interesting piece regarding RL "Slow Down" tempo in one of my favorite college basketball websites.  The newest incarnation of the HD Engine tends to result in a slighter quicker tempo than what we've seen in previous HD engines.  In reading this, some of the more recent RL games vs # 1 and 2 ranked teams reminds me a bit of what we've seen in the old HD engine.  Here's the article for those of you who are interested:

this all comes down to Markov chains - in a long enough chain, with enough independent events the better player wins - hence few upsets in tennis - in a short chain, with fewer "possessions" upsets are more common - see, football
