How much effort would it take to knock off sims in 1st cycle?

It varies.  You'd have to wait for FSS Word on the Street to have a better idea, and the first WotS or 2 has sometimes told me a recruit was still exploring his options only to start saying he was tight later.  Maybe it was just close to the line and considering credit bumped it up, but I slightly question the reliability of the first 1 or 2 WotS reports.

Care to give an estimated range, 5-8HV is enough? I want to do it early so the sim doesnt keep putting in recruiting credits, making it more expensive as time goes on. I have A+ prestige so would 5 be enough, or too little?
