I am wanting to "spraed" my classes.  Every fourth year I tank due to large freshman classes.

If you put previous effort to a player that remains available (juco or transfer) , WILL his IQ's remain the same as when you recruited him in HS or will you need to revisit his new Coach to see what Offense/Defense "HE" ran?

Always do at least one Coach Call. Unless the player is an idiot or an imbecile (in which case you don't want him to begin with), the IQ will go up. How much is up to the players WE.

His high school off/def grades will remain at least the same as they were as an original recruit.
But he will have some experience at a Juco and if he played the same sets as he did in high school the high school grades will improve.  If he played different sets at Juco his F grade for those sets will improve and the grades for the sets he played in high school will remain unchanged.
It's possible he may have knowledge in 2-3 offensive and defensive sets.
