In the Phelan World, the USA South Conference only needs two more coaches today before 6 PM to have a full conference. Just about everyone that is coaching there plans to stay long-term, so this is an opportunity to be in a D-3 conference that will stay full. Last year we had 3 teams in the sweet 16, so you will get some good recruiting $$$$ to start with. The available teams are Shenandoah and Chowan. Hoping two coaches can join that would like to stay and build a dynasty in Division 3.

If I hadn't just joined Phelan at Juniata I would go to Shenandoah.  Went to school near there and drove by their athletic facilities on a regular basis...

We still need a coach for Chowan and Shenandoah. As this year started, we have 4 teams in the top 15, so it's a great conference to join. And the coaches are friendly.

Yeah - they should be really good next year, as they will have all Juniors and Seniors. Plus, that also means you will be able to recruit an entire team within 2 years after you start. Hope you can join!

The USA South Conference is Ranked #1 in the Phelan World. We will have at least 4 teams in the NT this year, so if someone takes Chowan or Shenandoah, the should get lots of recruiting $$$
