I am expecting to go from a D to C prestige this year due to the fact I made the 2nd round of the NT.    

In the past, most of my recruits were kinda  sucky, they tend to be in the 110-150 range for their position.  Guys with start were just not options.  With a "C" prestige can I start targeting 1 or 2 star players?  Is that realistic?

With a C prestige I got a 3 star, and three 1 star players. So it's possible.

You have so many more options with a C as opposed to a D, and you can certainly get involved with some 3-star guys.

With a C I would be looking primarily at 40-100 ranked players at their positions. I would also go after most of my targets early in the process to mark your territory as I found that waiting leaves yourself open for a big 6 to come in and try to get a guy for super cheap. 

#50 at their position player.  That is about where the C's live.
