Hey guys, I'm relatively new to the game, and I'm wonderin which offense/ defence to run with my Monmouth team in Wooden. If someone could help me out, that would be great. Thanks

Unless you have a burning desire to try something else, stick with what the program has run, triangle and press.

To echo what hannibal said, it takes at least one season for a player to learn a new off/def set sufficiently.  Switching from one set to a different one either means you're going to be playing with F and D IQ ratings for most of one season, or you'll be playing your old style while practicing the new one.

I did the latter (play the old, practice the new) and it meant that my freshmen never did get very good at the old style before I switched.  Lucky for me, I only had 2 freshmen last season.

Looking at your roster, there's no reason you can't succeed with your existing Triangle/Press.  If I were you I'd start trying to get better DEF values on future recruits, though,  as well as better ATH/SPD.  If those are high enough you can play any defense effectively.

you should do press as a d# and do flex as a offense.
