Been plying for a while but cant get a winning record. what am i doing wrong?

I'm not that experienced but the first thing that is eye popping is your D, you play M to M and only have 2 players over 40 D rating!! Smart coaches will have their best scorers torch you, you need to either change to a zone or start recruiting some D.

You're recruiting wrong.  You clearly need to recruit higher-potential players; your seniors are barely more talented than your freshmen and sophomores.  If you don't know how to recruit dropdowns and pulldowns look that information up here in the forums.
