hobo, I'm trying to figure out what you were up to this season ...
-You sat your best guard (West) and started a significantly worse senior year (Morris) and a bad sophomore. Griffith has poor sp/ath and is not fit to play guard. You could play him as your backup sf.
-You kept feeding Morris the ball even though he was performing terribly.
-It looks like you're practicing two offenses (flex and triangle). You need to go with one -- there's really not much difference between flex/motion/tri -- and get good add it. I would not advocate switching offenses.
-Looks like you went -1 every game. Defensive positioning is one of the best weapons we have. You need to utilize it.
-You need to focus more on core categories when you're recruiting. You have a guy like LaPointe who's getting better in pe and bh, but you ignored categories that are much more important for a center.
-You are practically ignoring ath, you need to start paying more attention to it when you recruit.
-Your soph pg will not go nuts in the offseason. He has an 18 we. He'll likely regress somewhat overall.
