I'd like some input on the tempo I should be running with this team:

I've played all 3 tempo's this season, success at all 3. I gambled a bit in my last game, and won uptempo, but wore my guys out at the end.

Normal or slowdown. No uptempo for sure. Your team stamina is pretty low.
