Can A- loyalty move up? Topic

Just wondering if I have a shot at a D1 job in Tark next season.  Coached 4 years at Elmhurst (D3) and went 97-25.  Won conference 3 times, 1 tourney title, 1 PIT elite 8, 2 nat'l tourney bids, once 2nd round, once elite 8.  Only RPI worse than 66 was my first season, when I didn't make the schedule.  This season took over St Mary's Tx (D2) and went 27-4, won the conference (lost tourney finals) and made 2nd round of nat'l tourney.

Will the fact that I moved up last year cause me to have to wait 1 more year before going up, or will I have a shot at low level D1 jobs.  I'm returning a good team, so I won't be too bummed if I stay, but would like to have 1 D1 program.

Note- only his last season was in DII- the seasons before were DIII

You're going to need more than 1 more season at D2 to move up unless you make a Final 4 or better...
