With the current system, there is no reward for a player having a 3.8 GPA as opposed to a, let's say, 2.2 GPA.
Shouldn't there be a reward of some sort? Like an Academic All-American team, and those who make it get a boost in work ethic or something like that.

They don't need as many study hall minutes if they're smarter...  How much difference do you think it makes IRL if you have a 3.8 or a 2.2?  Even if you are lucky enough to make an Academic All-American, you think most guys value that?  Some do, I'm sure.  But a lot of others don't.

There are way too many guys, and it's way too easy to get a 4.0 in this game.  I don't know how you would differentiate.

Ya I'll have 6 seniors next year in Wooden D3, I could have an entire starting 5  of 4.0s considering they will be maxed out on everything by then
