In the Phelan World, the USA South Conference only needs one more coach to have a full conference. Just about everyone that is coaching there plans to stay long-term, so this is an opportunity to be in a D-3 conference that will stay full. Last year we had 4 teams in the NT, so you will get some good recruiting $$$$ to start with. The USA South was the highest RPI of any conference in D3 Phelan as well. The available team is Chowan. They finished 16-12 last year, and all of their players are returning. They will have 4 seniors and 8 juniors next year, so they should be a very solid team. The overall rating is 513. The players on that team improved by an average of 35 points last year. We'd love to get one more coach that wants to stay in an active and friendly conference.
