Can anyone explain to me how I went all last season with a B- for home court advantage, finished the season with a B-, went 12-1 in my home games, and than after the rollover, I'm at a C+ now for homecourt advantage???

Most DII/DIII schools reset to a base HCA every offseason.  For DII, elite programs reset to a B- at rollover, good programs a C+ at rollover, and C for everyone else.  

Also, all games affect your HCA, not just your home court.

Last season I went 12-1 home, 11-2 road, 3-1 nuetral, and 15-1 conference. I was ranked #3 at the end of the conference tourney and finished # 12 because I was the team that had the cinderella upset done to me.

I understand the reset, but with those stats, shouldn't I have been left at B-.

court, I think acn gave a concise and accurate info. Elite programs start at B-, good programs start at C+. Your program is good, but definitely not elite.

Just take a look at the other D2 teams. The A prestige teams have some B- and some C+, and the A- teams have some C+ and even some C.

I guess my question is than, "Why do they reset?, shouldn't it be a rolling average over the last 10, 15, or 20 seasons?"

I think to limit D2 HCA's from approching D1 HCA's.
